I enjoyed large rooms with large bathroom. The location of the hotel was excellant and easy, close to motorway access.

The service offered was friendly. The staff were all superfriendly, and the room was neat and warm with comfortable beds. The location was magnificent in the good area.

Nothing that i didnt like.

The restaurant was very nice for dinner, we ordered amazing dishes. It had basic facilities you needed, an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV.

Excellent service from the very friendly, efficient staff members. Very impressed with king room with all toiletries.

No complains at all, the hotel met the purpose. The location was easy and marvellous, very close to restaurant, restaurant at other end of garden area, and Bilbao ferry.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. The prices for the rooms are very reasonable and include breakfast, which is a great bonus. The staff is very attentive and provides excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with all the basic amenities and the bathroom is large with excellent toiletries provided.

Convenient (for the main routes) and reliable

the hotel was very easy to find on the outskirts of madrid, and had on site parking at no extra cost, we also required a room with wheelchair access and an adapted bathroom for my husband and found this to be excellent, although the beds were very hard. but it was only for 1 night each way of our trip across spain, we would use this hotel again.

An electronic key card, a work desk and TV available in the double room. Overall easy location not far from the adjoining restaurant on the evening, and Spain.

The location is particularly good and they have parking on site. The hotel offers a hot breakfast with toast. The staff in general is pretty friendly and pleasant.

Convenient location for Southern Spain ferry ports, with free WiFi and secure car parking. Spacious, well-equipped rooms with ample wardrobe space. Friendly staff and good amenities make this hotel ideal for travel. Would recommend for those passing through or needing a stopover.

hotel and gardens were very nice rooms were basic but adequate. hotel reception very helpful

very noisy as next to motorway hotel restaurant very expensive and quality of food not very good for the price. wine expensive in the restaurant but not so in the bar!!

we have stayed at this hotel on previous occasions and as always get a friendly and helpfull service, my husband is in a wheelchair and we find the facilities in the adapted bathroom excellent.
